Wednesday, April 29th Shawnee Community Garden Meeting Corner of Wall and Park Streets (1 blk. North of Independence) 3pm
All those interested in planting and caring for the garden are welcome to attend. Amanda McCart, our new garden supervisor, will conduct the meeting and help us plan out our activities for the summer. We hope you'll spend a few minutes with us and take advantage of the community resource. Thank you!

Dues are $25 a year due at the January meeting or whenever you join.
We meet on the 2nd Thursday bi-monthly from 7-8 p.m. at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Broadway & Highland.
During months where business meetings are not held, we have more informal "Green Chats" to discuss interesting topics of the day. Locations to be announced.

Visit the City of Shawnee's website for more information on our community's recycling program. Don't forget Glass and Carboard will be recycled at Central Disposal's Drop Off Center located at 45th and the railroad tracks.
